Semester 2 scholarship announcement - High Achievers Scholarship
for International Students
UQ is
pleased to announce that we will be offering scholarships to high achieving
undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students who are commencing in
Semester 2. These scholarships will reduce tuition fees by 20% per year for the
duration of the student’s program (up to 4 years).
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, students must:

- be an international student,
- have applied to undertake
studies at UQ on a full-time basis in a non-quota program commencing
Semester 2, 2020 and have been offered a place,
- have met the English Proficiency
requirements,
- be a citizen of Hong Kong,
Taiwan, Macau, India, or a South East Asian country,
- have completed their most recent
qualification in Australia or New Zealand, if they are currently located
in Australia, and
- not have received another
scholarship from UQ.
